Modern Samba was developed from an earlier Brazilian musical style called Choro. Both Samba the dance and Music can take many forms, from the vivacious call response of samba de enredo, the music of Carnaval to samba-cancon or song samba, a more relaxed guitar and rhythm variant. Various samba schools have been founded throughout Brazil. A samba school combines the dancing and party fun of a night club with the gathering place of a social club and the community feeling of a volunteer group. During the spectacular Rio Carnival famous samba schools parade in the Sambódromo. An event that should not be missed.
With a Tropical climate, world-famous sports and music, beautiful beaches and a year-round tourist season, Brazil is set to benefit purchasers with buy-to-let investment strategies. When did people start blasting music in their cars (especially in the inner city)?
I noticed that very frequently in inner city areas, the people (especially young) like to blast music (commonly Rap Music or reggaeton or reggae or spanish music) in their cars with the bass pumped up. I wanted to know when this trend started because im not sure if this was recent or has been happening for decades (im only 19 years old btw). If I time traveled back to say 1980 or 1960 or earlier and went to these areas. Would I also see these people blasting music in their cars like they do today (even before there were cds and used tapes and the radio installed in the car)? Would I at that time still hear the bass of old skool rap and disco of the 70s booming in cars waking up people at night. When did people of the lowest income bracket start buying loud sound systems blasting it in their cars and apartments? Just a hypothetical question....
This has gone on for ages and it's music of all genres that gets blasted from people's cars. It's not just in the inner city either.
